Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering any of my courses. By enrolling in the course, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:  

a. Refund Policy
  • A full refund is available if requested within 2 days of the course start date, provided that the request is made before the commencement of the 3rd session (for both online and offline courses).
  • No refunds will be provided after the 3rd session has begun, regardless of the student’s attendance or participation.
b. Course Cancellation Policy
  • The instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course at any time for any reason.
  • In the event of a course cancellation by the instructor, students will receive a pro-rated refund calculated as the total course fee divided by the total number of days in the course (excluding the refund eligibility period), multiplied by the number of days remaining.
c. Intellectual Property
  • All course materials provided during the course, including videos, documents, and resources, are intellectual property of the instructor. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without express permission.
  • Recording, redistributing, or reselling course content without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
d. Disclaimer of Warranties
  • The instructor makes no warranties or guarantees about the outcomes of the course, including job placements, skill acquisition, or professional results.
  • The course is provided on an “as-is” basis, and the instructor will not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the course materials.
  • A course will be considered completed once the course validity period expires, regardless of whether the student attended all sessions or accessed all materials. The course validity period includes the scheduled course duration plus an additional 15 days, during which students can access course materials.
  • After the expiration of the validity period, the course will automatically be marked as completed, and no further access to course materials or sessions will be provided. Students are encouraged to complete all sessions and requirements within the course duration and the 15-day extension period to maximize the benefits of the course.
  • Additionally, no certification, accreditation, or formal qualification will be provided upon completion of the course.
e. Limitation of Liability
  • The instructor’s liability is limited to the amount of the course fees paid by the student.
  • The Instructor or Service Provider disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or issues of any kind arising out of or related to the course or its content.
